Energy efficiency LED lighting tubes T8/bi-pin are the latest fluorescent-replacement LED lighting products LEDtronics ® announces its lineup of green technology. The series LED48T8-288-001W bi-pin fits LED G13 bases in the standard and is designed to directly replace conventional T8 fluorescent tubes providing a general illumination lighting applications commercial, residential and architectural. The 48 "long white tubes provide the light output equivalent of 24 to 32-watt fluorescent lamps while less consumes a maximum of 19 watts. When it comes to rating life, the series LEDtronics LED48T8 really shines. While conventional fluorescent lamps usually have a rated life in the range of 8,000 to 24,000 hours, the lights have a LED48T8 life of 50,000 hours or more – 5.7 years of continuous light. Moreover, because the LED lights produce so little waste heat, the temperature inside the apparatus does not build as it does with conventional fluorescent tubes. The solid construction of a deck of UV resistant polycarbonate on the tube provides greater protection LED (No glass to break) and protection against many environmental effects, allowing them to be placed in locations where typical lights would be more vulnerable to the elements. In addition, LEDs perform well in temperatures of-35C ° to 45 ° C, which is ideal for applications subject to frequent on / off cycles, such as garages and basements, while the aluminum back cover helps with better heat dissipation and longer life for the LEDs.

Makes solid-state LEDs impervious to shock design, vibration, frequent changes and environmental extremes. Saving maintenance costs and downtime quickly return the capital investment expenditure by so as environmentally friendly as they are for the operating budget. The positive environmental impacts of LED lights also come from the consistent use of energy saving, long life and high quality light, and operation at low temperatures, with a corresponding reduction in greenhouse gases and reducing waste less replacements. Unlike conventional fluorescent bulbs, LED lights are not disposed of as hazardous waste at the end of life.
